What kind of business idea requires its own special online whiteboard?

My latest start-up is simple. You meet, I map.

In other words: you discuss the complex challenges you are currently facing in meetings or online video conferences, I visualize these complex topics in real time. The resulting “maps” become part of the discussion, helping you to achieve greater clarity and a better common understanding.

We can talk through a technical problem together, different teams can give their views on a particular topic and I can put it all together. Or we can hold an innovation workshop on a difficult topic or a monstrous production system. I am flexible.

And yes, of course I've prepared a bunch of methods, tools, frameworks and templates for this. But on the whole, that's the business idea. And although it's so simple, I think it helps. After 13 years of product management, I know one thing: people talk past each other. And the more dimensions a topic has, the MORE they talk past each other.
